David Newbold is a founder of Wine Country Trykes and serves as the logistics and financial leader responsible for the organization’s financial decisions, in partnership with Raeanne Newbold.

He oversees fiscal planning, spending controls, and operational logistics that keep deliveries, events, and expansion efforts reliable. With decades of experience in sales, event planning, and multi-format media production, David brings disciplined execution and sponsor-facing professionalism to the organization’s operations. His focus is stability and scale: ensuring funds are used strategically, events run smoothly, and infrastructure is strong enough to support growth without compromising accountability.

Justin Newbold is a founder of Wine Country Trykes and, together with Joaquin Garfaris, forms the backbone of the production department and event coordination. Justin supports build workflow, materials readiness, event setup, and hands-on execution—making sure plans become finished outputs and completed events. 

He strengthens production throughput and reliability by staying close to the work: staging, transporting, assembling, and coordinating the practical details that keep mission delivery moving. His role is operational momentum—helping ensure the organization can meet demand consistently across multiple counties.

Raeanne Newbold is a founder of Wine Country Trykes and the primary leader assigned to each family from start to finish. She is the first point of contact and the final follow-through—guiding families through intake, coordination, timelines, and next steps so no one gets lost in the process.

Raeanne manages the relationship continuity that makes the experience feel dependable and human, especially for caregivers navigating high-stress situations. She also shares responsibility for the organization’s financial decisions alongside David Newbold, ensuring mission priorities and fiscal discipline stay aligned as the program scales across multiple counties.

Alan Scott is a founder of Wine Country Trykes and is responsible for all grant and sponsor development, mission messaging, and technical execution from top to bottom. He leads sponsor outreach, grant strategy, pitch materials, media production, and the full digital stack that supports growth. 

Alan is also the creator and technical lead for Tryke Quest in Meta Horizon Worlds, driving mobile-first interactive design, production workflows, and platform-aligned implementation. 

His role is to build the resources and systems that convert visibility into measurable support—funding, partnerships, volunteers, and scalable engagement—so more adaptive mobility can be delivered at no cost.

Joaquin Garfaris is a founder of Wine Country Trykes and, alongside Justin Newbold, is the backbone of production and event coordination. Joaquin is the technical lead responsible for assembly and preparation of adaptive Amtrykes prior to delivery, ensuring quality, safety, and readiness for each recipient.

He also manages in-house fabrication supporting merchandise and event needs, providing durable capacity that improves sustainability and professionalism.

Joaquin’s role is precision and fulfillment: he turns resources into deliverable mobility outcomes and ensures events and production run with repeatable standards.
